r of Communications and Information Technology Mr Kapil Sibal. Ms Riva Ganguly Das, Joint Secretary and Mr Anand Khandelwal, OSD, Public Diplomacy Division, received the award.
The Web Ratna Awards have been constituted by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to acknowledge exemplary initiatives in the area of e-governance. The first Web Ratna Awards were given away in 2010.
